  • There is a $100 minimum to book an appointment.

  • No additional guests as space is very limited- no exceptions. (i.e. children,husbands, friends,etc)

  • No food eating while being serviced.

  • Please use the restroom before being serviced.

  • Please refrain from touching your hair, face, legs, etc. while being serviced. Failure to do so may cause lifting.

  • Please ONLY arrive at your scheduled time. No early appointments.

  • You must pay your deposit in order to guarantee your appointment.

  • You must text or call to book your appointment. NO DM's or EMAILS.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. You are only allowed one reschedule per deposit that must be booked within 30 days of your canceled/rescheduled appointment. (As long as the reschedule/cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the original appointment.)

  • NEW CLIENTS- Please send me a picture of your hands. This is a part of the consultation process.

  • ALL CLIENTS- Please have your design idea ready. During our consultation we go over exactly what you want. Please try to stay as close to that as possible to insure I have allotted the proper time for your services.

  • Please contact me within a week if any corrections need to be made to your nails. It will be free, as long as it is not a fault of your own. Anything after a week will incur a charge. 

  • Please understand that if you do not select everything you would like, I can not allow any changes at the time of your appointment if it conflicts with the time for my next client. (If you're not sold on a particular look on my page please feel free to go to Pinterest for nail ideas & inspiration. Please text the picture to me).

  • If you would like to change your service it MUST be changed to something that is of equal value to what you previously selected. 

  • I recommend that you come in every 2-3 weeks to get a fill-in/rebalance. Anything 4 weeks or more will incur a $20 fee.

  • I recommend you book your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability. A deposit is due when you pre-book.

  • If you are late to your appointment your late fee will automatically be added to the end of your service. (Please refer to Cancellation/Late fee for more details)

  • Please be conscious of how you are holding your hands. The constant pressure and tension used to keep your hands in a certain position if you are being stiff can cause injuries to my hands and wrist. I understand that every hand position may not be the most comfortable or ideal, but it is temporary.

  • You must book at least 24 hours in advance unless we have made a different arrangement. 



I need 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a rebooking/last minute cancellation fee of the remaining balance that was due for the appointment you booked (ex. you paid $75 for your deposit. The other half due is $75. You will be paying the other $75 due.) This will need to be paid before you can be rebook.



Please let me know if you are running late as I will do the same. Communication is key. Anything less than 10 minutes will NOT result in a late fee, but anything 10 minutes or more will result in a $20-$30 fee. The appointment will be AUTOMATICALLY canceled after 20 minutes
